    BrainScout is a safe, focused learning environment for students. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited behaviors when interacting with our platform, AI tutors, and other users.

  2. 2. Prohibited Conduct

    When using BrainScout, you agree not to:

    • Bypass Security: Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or compromise our Next.js backend, Supabase database, or AI API routes.
    • Abuse the AI Tutor: Input harmful, offensive, sexually explicit, abusive, or dangerous prompts into the Socratic AI chat interface, or attempt "jailbreak" prompt injections.
    • Academic Dishonesty: Use automated tools or scripts to scrape question banks, or attempt to disrupt timed practice assessments.
    • Impersonation: Create false accounts or misrepresent your identity when interacting with the platform.

  3. 3. Enforcement

    Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your BrainScout account.
